Choc-Matcha Super Balls

One of our favorite benefits of matcha is that it is versatile! Kalila Purtle of Sugar Free Teen created these awesome choc-matcha balls that don't contain any sugar. We know, hard to believe! Most of all, they're delicious! Check out the recipe below:

Recipe:
1 2/3 cup dates
1/3 cup cacao powder
2/3 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp Genki Matcha Powder
2 tbsp. Coconut oil
1/3 cup desiccated coconut

Optional: sprinkle of chia seeds

Method: Process almonds in a food processor until almonds form a fine crumb-like consistency. Then blend all ingredients together, roll into balls and voila!
